The guest-of-honour at this forum will be the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Wong Kan Seng. Four speakers from different regions of the world will each speak on the situation of religious harmony in their region and discuss problems and challenges. They are:

  1. Dr. Alwi Shihab, Indonesia Presidential Envoy to the Middle East, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Former Professor, Hartford Seminary, Connecticut, U.S.A, Former Professor, Harvard University - Divinity School, Cambridge, U.S.A.

  2. Fr. Thomas Michel, S.J. Secretary of the Jesuit Secretariat for Inter-Religious Dialogue, Rome, Italy.

  3. Venerable Master Chin Kung, President of the Pure Land Learning College, Honorary Professor of University of Queensland and Griffith University, Australia, and Director of Lujiang Cultural Education Centre, China

  4. Prof. Ibrahim Abu-Rabi‘, Professor of Islamic Studies, Co-Director of the Macdonald Center for the Study of Islam and Christian-Muslim Relations, Hartford Seminary, Connecticut, U.S.A.
