Financial Assistance:
There will be a student grant to cover the expenses including fees, airfare, accommodation and visa.  However, each student will have to co-pay SGD$2,000 to participate in this program.

Objectives :
We aim to have students sustain and amplify this Ivy League experience after their return to NUS. USP students will further develop what they have learnt at Yale through supervised independent study as part of their USP Advanced Curriculum.

Eligibility :
This is open to 2nd Year and exceptionally well-qualified 1st Year students of USP and USP partner faculties.

For USP students,  substitution credit will be given for one 1st tier USP module.  The two modules taken at Yale may substitute for major/faculty requirements upon approval by the department or faculty; approval may be sought through the usual procedure for SEP module substitution.

Selection
Shortlisted students will be notified by 23 Feb 2007 and are required to attend an interview.
