Philippe Raynal is a lecturer in the University Scholars Programme (USP). He received his Master’s in Theoretical Physics from the University of Marseille and Master’s in Engineering from the École centrale de Marseille. He then went on to receive his PhD in the field of quantum information from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
At the USP, Dr Raynal teaches in the domains of Quantitative Reasoning Foundation and Sciences and Technologies. The modules he offers are:
Dr Raynal's research interest lie in Teleportation, Quantum Cryptography and Quantum Computers. He has interest especially in quantum information to develop the next generation of communication and computing technologies.
